- How do I get an SBC account? SBC app can be used on iOS and Android devices. You can download on the App Store or get it on Google Play.
- How do I install the application on my phone? There are multiple ways to install the application on your phone, depending on what type of device you have. If you have an Android device, you can download the application directly. In order to do this, turn off WiFi on your mobile device, and click the “Download App For Android” button on this website. Open SBC.apk to install the app**. Once the installation is complete, click the SBC icon to launch the app. Your phone’s GPS will check your location and grant access if you are within Nevada’s state lines. When access is granted, you can log in to your account. For patrons with Android Version 4.1 or older, click here to download the app. * Terms of service may change without notice. ** If you receive an error message during installation, please go to your phone’s Settings menu, then tap “Security” (for older phones) or “Applications” (for newer phones) and check “Yes” to allow installation of non-Market apps from Unknown Sources. If you have an iPhone, you can download the application both from the app store and from your computer. To download from the app store, go to the app store on your phone and search for “Sports Book Combine”. - On my Android device, I selected the download button to download the SBC mobile application but nothing happens. The application has been downloaded to your device. To install the SBC mobile application, select the phone’s menu button from an open browser window that displayed the download button. From this menu select ‘More’ and then ‘Downloads’. Select SBC.apk to complete the installation.
- What do I need to use SBC? You will need to have an account with one of our network partner sports books. If you do not have an active wagering account you will need to go to one of our network sports book locations and create an account.
- How do I sign in to SBC? Select your home book from the drop down menu and input your Username and password that you use with your home book.
- How does SBC work? SBC has agreements with network sports books to act as the agent of the patron and place bets with non-home books at the direction of the patron. This is covered in the terms of service agreed to by the patron when they logged in the first time.
- How do I close my account? You can go to the network partner sports book where you created your account to close your account.
- How do I make deposits or withdrawals? You need to go to the network partner sports book where you created your account to make deposits or withdrawals.
- Do I need an account with each book to make wagers? No, this is one of the many values of SBC. You only need to have an active account with funds in order to wager on any of the bets offered by our network partner sports books.
- How do I place a wager? Once you log in you will see a list of available sports. Select the sport and league to see a list of available wagers. Once you see the lines, select the wager you want to place and you will be taken to the wager screen. The logo of the sports book offering the bet will appear at the top of the wagering screen. From here, select the wager and an orange circle will appear around your wager. Tap the bet amount and then tap Place Bet. A confirmation notification will come up. Confirm the wager and the bet is placed.
- What do the green highlights mean? The green highlights are to assist the patron by identifying unique lines offered by network partner sports books. They are not an indicator of what to bet on, the decision of what to bet on is solely the decision of the patron.
- What is the Transaction Fee? This is the fee SBC charges you for our service. Note: If you select a bet with your home book, the fee is $0.00.
- How do I see pending and decided wagers? Go to Account and select Pending or History to see open and decided wagers.
- What happens if I move out of Nevada? You will no longer be allowed to make wagers on SBC per gaming regulations. However, you may use your account when visiting Nevada.
- What if I need to change my password or get locked out? You must handle all password activity and lock outs with your home book.
- The system states I am not in a legal jurisdiction to wager. Why is this? According to Nevada Gaming Control regulations, you must be in the State of Nevada to wager or view SBC.
- Why am I not able to view the application in California, Utah or any state other than Nevada? According to Nevada Gaming Control regulations, you must be in the State of Nevada to wager or view SBC.
- What happens if I try to place a mobile wager outside of Nevada? The system states “you are not in a legal jurisdiction to wager.” According to Nevada Gaming Control regulations, you must be in the State of Nevada to wager or view SBC.
- Why am I receiving a “Location Services Error” message? You must enable location services on your mobile device.
- Why does the application require location services to be enabled on my phone? Location Services is required when using the app to confirm that you are physically in Nevada. Due to Nevada gaming regulations, you must be in the State of Nevada to make wagers.
- Can I use the SBC application while connected to my computer via a USB device? You need to unplug your mobile device before you will be allowed to run the SBC application on your phone.
- Why am I getting an error about unauthorized apps? The SBC application detects other apps that are not in compliance with the Nevada gaming regulations. This means that you must end all other applications that are currently running before you will be allowed to use the SBC app.
- What versions of the Android Operating System (OS) are supported by SBC? Android OS 4.2 and above are supported.
- What versions of the iPhone Operating System (iOS) are supported by SBC? iOS 8.0 and above are supported.
- Which mobile carriers are supported by SBC? Sprint, AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless.
- My phone is “rooted” or “unlocked”. Can I still use the SBC mobile application on my phone? No, you cannot use SBC on your phone if it is “rooted” or “unlocked”.
- What happens the first time I open the SBC App on my phone? You will be required to accept the terms of service before you can use.
- Why do I keep getting kicked back to the log in screen of the application when I have not logged out? For privacy reasons, the application will automatically log you out after a period of inactivity.
- What do I do if my phone freezes in the middle of placing a wager? First, reboot your phone and restart the application. If the bet was completed it will be listed in your undecided wagers. If you think there are any inconsistencies or problems with your account please call your home book or email SBC at info@sportsbookcombine.com.
- How do I dispute a wager I believe was settled incorrectly? Contact your home book or info@sportsbookcombine.com to dispute a wager.
